Project Management Position:

General work activities
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, and resources.
- Creating project designs for clients, including low voltage systems such as CCTV, Access Control, Intrusion, Data, etc.
- Assessing and generating project quotations, including creating bill of materials and gathering vendor/supplier/subcontractor pricing.
- Define project tasks, deliverables, and milestones.
- Assign project roles and responsibilities to team members.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to installers.
- Allocate resources and coordinate project teams to ensure efficient task execution.
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare project budgets, track project expenses, and manage cost control.
- Monitor project financials and make adjustments as necessary to stay within budget constraints.
- Create and maintain an accurate billing schedule aligned with the project timelines.
- Lead project teams to ensure tasks are completed according to plan.
- Monitor project progress and resolve any issues or obstacles.
- Maintain effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Establish and enforce quality standards for project deliverables.
- Implement quality control measures and perform regular quality assessments.
- Provide regular project updates to stakeholders and address their concerns.
- Maintain project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and change orders.
- Identify potential project risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Ensure all project deliverables are completed and accepted.
- Conduct project post-mortems and capture lessons learned for future projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business, or an equivalent work experience. PMP certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as a project manager, particularly in telecommunications and electrical projects.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of safety and quality standards in installation projects.
- Valid driver’s license
