1. User Code Changes
These typically are not urgent requests unless it involves employee terminations.
2. Can’t arm system
a. Ensure you have entered your code properly. On many systems you can press # to clear an incorrect entry.
b. If system does not start exit delay after the code is entered, press # and re-enter key code again.
c. If locked out, wait and attempt again. (Wait times vary between 5-15 min, depending on how the system is programmed). Use the left and right arrows to scroll through list of open zones, check each to ensure they are closed.
d. Is there motion somewhere?
e. Make sure anyone with you is not moving.
f. Are all doors and windows closed and latched?
3. Unable to Clear an Open Zone
Bypass the open zone until a service call can be scheduled.

If trouble light is illuminated… * we need to add instructions for Bosch and DSC to ascertain what the trouble is. They should then be prompted to email us a service ticket with that info.
